A Lecturer from the University of Kerbala Delivering a Lecture on Nutrition, Athletic Activity and the Possibility of Avoiding the Free Radicals of Fasting People

The lecturer at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science at the University of Kerbala, Dr. Hussein Makki Al-Muammar presents a scientific lecture in the electronic symposium organized by the University of Hamdania, entitled “Nutrition and sports activity and the possibility of avoiding the free radicals of fasting” and with the participation of a large number of professors of Iraqi universities.

  The lecture deals with nutrition for athletes as well as for those fasting with no access to free radicals and on ways of choosing or picking out food in terms of quality, not quantity, and then graduation with a training load is easy for the difficult to not reach the negative situation.

    The lecture shows that the food, its quality and interest in sports programs in terms of progression from easy to difficult during the performance of exercise and then regular consumption of oxygen to not reach the negative state, which is free radicals.

     The lecture emphasizes the revitalization of the idea of ​​mass sport and the need to inform the community of the quality and quantity of food through social media platforms, through communication with nutritionists and sports medicine.
