An M.A. Thesis Discussing Isolating and Diagnosis of Fungi Using Nanocomposites

Faculty of Pure Science- Kerbala University  has discussed an M.A. thesis concerning Isolating and Diagnosis of Fungi in some Historical Manuscripts of the Husseini Shrine and their Resistance Using Nanocomposites. The study presented by the M.A. student Alaa Aqeel Jasim  aims at investigating the effect of the silver and zinc nanoparticles on inhabiting fungi isolated from manuscripts  which belong to the Husseni Shrine . it deals with the possibility of using nanocomposites  as part of the manuscripts  restoration and maintenance material from damage by isolating and diagnosing the fungi  that accompanying the manuscripts   and studying enzymatic  activities, diagnosing fungi with a high enzyme molecular capacity and discovering the evolutionary relationship and symmetry with international species. It ends up with some recommendations the most common ones are continuing to isolate the fungi from manuscripts and studying their enzymatic tendency, determining their ability to produce other enzymes and focusing attention on the scientific nanoparticles research.
