University of Kerbala
With the participation of more than 800 teachers from various universities in Iraq, the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Kerbala has organized a virtual workshop entitled “ the New Amendments to the Football Law” using the ( FCC) programme. It is presented by Prof. Dr. Aziz Karim.
The workshop aims at reviewing the benefit of the law instructions by the International Football Association(FIFA) for the year (2020-2021) which will be circulated to all countries of the world, including Iraq. It also identifying the necessity of spreading the football game among Iraqi people through coaches, referees, the sports audience and sport media and the spread of sports culture in the football law to avoid major problems among sports fans during football matches that occur when the referee makes a mistake by making an important an influential decision during game to avoid riots that happen sometimes in sports fields.
