College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences \/ University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled ” the effect of training using Metabolic Preparation Method on some players’ biomotor abilities and their performance .<\/span>
\nThe thesis, submitted by Hussein Abbas Hassan Al-Fatlawi, aims at preparing exercises using metabolic preparation method (Metcon) for advanced football players, and identifying the effect of exercises using metabolic preparation method (Metcon) in developing players’ bio-motor capabilities and skills.<\/span>
\nThe thesis recommended the necessity of benefiting from exercises formulated by the researcher in preparing players for applicants.<\/span><\/p>\n
