College of Law \/ University of Kerbala has the discussed the PhD . dissertation which is entitled “aggravation of Provisions in civil law”, submitted by researcher Israa Jumah Abdel Hussein. <\/span>
\nThe study aims at protecting society by regulating relations between individuals themselves on one hand, and between individuals and the state when it appears as ordinary individuals on the other hand.<\/span>
\nThe study concludes that law regulates social relations between individuals. This regulation must be directed at stabilizing transactions and legal situations and avoiding all impositions that create competition in rights of individuals. <\/span>
\nThe study recommends Iraqi legislator’s need to remove conflict between Articles (750) and (751 F 2) of Civil Code and follow approach of Egyptian legislator in its civil law with regard to its formulation of maintenance and partial destruction.<\/span><\/p>\n
