College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences \/ University of Kerbala has discussed the Ph.D dissertation which is entitled “the effect of two-style training (HIIT and S.A.Q) on some indicators of oxygen consumption , bio-motor and skill capabilities of football players under 19 years of age”. <\/span>
\nThe dissertation, submitted by Osama Khairy Muhammad Ali, aims at preparing (HIIT) and (S.A.Q) training methods for football players for youth under 19 years of age, and identifying the effect of (HIIT) and (S.A.Q) methods on some indicators of oxygen consumption , biomotor and skill capabilities of football players.<\/span>
\nThe dissertation recommends using exercises prepared by the researcher according to training units in the study, in (HIIT) and (S.A.Q) styles for youth football, especially in special preparation stage, because of their importance in strengthening player in order to participate in tournaments.<\/span><\/p>\n
