College of Dentistry \/ University of Kerbala has organized a course on developing legal skills , within National Education Strategy Program 2022-2031, in presence of a group of staff of the college.<\/span>
\nThe course, which is lectured by Asst. Lect. Haider Nihad Abdel Hamid, aims at developing legal skills in implementation of national strategic plan for higher education so as to make education compatible with labour market and requirements of society and national economy, and advance education and use all modern means in it.<\/span>
\nThe course curriculum includes an introduction to laws that pertain to employees and professors of Ministry of Higher Education, including State Employees Discipline Law, University Service Law, and Health Disability Law, in addition to mechanism for forming investigative committees, how they work, and what are components of investigative committee\u2019s minutes and recommendations, as well as an explanation of various penalties.<\/span><\/p>\n
