College of Law \/ University of Kerbala has discussed the Ph.D dissertation which is entitled (Legal Regulation of Financial Technology in Commercial Finance \u201cA Comparative Study\u201d), submitted by Muna Falih Hassan.<\/span>
\nThe study aims at shedding light on this process, which creates a new method of financing based on integrating modern technology into financial sector.<\/span>
\nThe study concludes that funding directs emerging projects and institutions and is done through an electronic platform available on the Internet that is used for the purpose of presenting project ideas to people who wish to obtain them.<\/span>
\nThe study recommends the need for Iraqi legislator to enact legislation specifically for commercial financing through financial technology and to determine its nature, scope, and effects arising from relationships of its parties.<\/span><\/p>\n
