Holding a ceremony in presidency of University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali takes over his position as President of the University.<\/span>
\nThe ceremony attended by Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Akram Mohsin Al-Yasiri, vice president for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Najm Abdul Hussein Al-Janabi, deans of colleges and Chairman of Higher Education Committee in Provincial Council, Dr. Mohsin Al-Kanani.<\/span>
\nProf. Dr. Sabah Wajid states that University of Kerbala has a prestigious position in academic circles that must be preserved, praising achievements made by his predecessor in scientific and urban fields.<\/span>
\nDr. Sabah Wajid stresses the need for concerted efforts by everyone in order to advance the University and its position regionally and internationally.<\/span>
\nFor his part, the former president, Prof. Dr. Basim K. Nile, expresses his wishes to Dr. Sabah Wajid to achieve more success in managing the University and directing it towards the best scientific performance suiting its academic status, indicating his continued support for the university at all levels.<\/span><\/p>\n
