College of Science\/University of Kerbala has discusses the M.A thesis which is entitled ” Evolution levels of some immunological Markers in Patients with urinary tract Infections and its Association with Levels of zinc and Vitamin D”.<\/span>
\nThe study, submitted by Asmaa Faisal Rawdan \/ Department of Biology, aims at estimating level of IgG, IgM, TLR2 and TLR4 in blood serum in cases of urinary tract infection.<\/span>
\nThe study focuses on immune aspect of infection by studying some factors of innate and adaptive immunity and their relationship to zinc and vitamin D.<\/span>
\nThe study recommends the need to conduct an in-depth study on the importance of immunity against urinary tract infections, especially against highly virulent bacteria such as Escherichia coli.<\/span><\/p>\n
