College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences \/ University of Kerbala organizes a scientific workshop entitled (Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS)), with participation of a number of researchers and specialists.<\/span>
\nThe workshop aims at demonstrating the importance and benefits of this device in enhancing muscle efficiency.<\/span>
\nThe workshop addresses several topics, including mechanism of action of the electrical stimulation device and its effects on the body, in addition to its expected benefits in field of improving athletic performance and burning calories. It also enhances physical health by accelerating muscle recovery mechanism and increasing efficiency of sports exercises.<\/span><\/p>\n
