College of Dentistry \/ University of Kerbala organizes a course on human resources development in line with change in organizational structures.<\/span>
\nBeing delivered by Mr.. Muhannad Qasim Kadhim, Head of Human Resources Department , College of Dentistry, the course keeps pace with National Strategy for Education and Higher Education 2022-2031.<\/span>
\nThe course aims at demonstrating the importance of change in organizational structures, and the necessity of selecting competencies to occupy leadership positions.<\/span>
\nThe course, in which a group of college members and students participate, addresses the most prominent strategies for adapting to changes in organizational structures, ways to develop basic competencies, and enhance job performance, in addition to employ modern technologies in human resources development.<\/span>
\nThe course recommends the need to focus on strategic planning and its importance in managing change to ensure improving work quality and raising efficiency of performance and productivity in the college, which enhances employee satisfaction and boosts their morale.<\/span><\/p>\n
