Prof. Dr. Elham Nadhim Al-Shaibani, College of Administration and Economics, University of Kerbala, participates in the 1st SIRAH Conference on building social harmony, national integration and peace in Pakistan.<\/span>
\nThe conference, which is organized by Pakistani Fajr Foundation, has been attended by a number of academics and researchers from various Islamic countries.<\/span>
\nThe conference focuses on the importance of promoting values \u200b\u200bof peace, coexistence, and good governance by having inspiration from Prophet Muhammad’s leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the conference, Dr. Elham presentes a research paper entitled “Governance and Policy-Making Based on Moral Values: Insights from Prophet Muhammad’s “.<\/span>
\nThe paper deals with ethical leadership roles of Prophet’s biography and their importance in decision-making. It also sheds light on his morals such as justice, tolerance, and wise management.<\/span>
\nThis participation keeps pace with the University keenness on academic openness and research cooperation internationally and highlights academic role of Iraq in supporting culture of peace and international cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\n
