College of Science – University of Kerbala, has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “Determination of some Heavy metal Concentration and Biochemical Parameters in Workers from Local Electric Generators”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Being submitted by Rana Abbas Sadiq, the study aims at assessing the extent of danger of these metals, and determining their concentrations and biochemical parameters among workers in this field.<\/span>
\nThe study concludes that workers in electric generators are at risk of exposure to heavy metals and oxidative stress, which may lead to various negative health effects.<\/span>
\nIt recommends the need to improve quality of electric generators, reduce their effects and using renewable energy sources as an alternative.<\/span><\/p>\n
