\nThe course deals with how to obtain vitamins from natural sources and nutritional supplements, the importance of a balanced diet in maintaining human health, and emphasizes the importance of raising health awareness among individuals regarding the roles of vitamins in disease prevention and improving bodily function.<\/span>
\nThis course is part of the College’s efforts to expand students’ knowledge and improve educational process, particularly with regard to the environment and public health, in order to achieve the desired integration between theoretical and practical aspects of teaching process.<\/span><\/p>\n
