College of Education for Humanities, University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “Fear of Compassion and its Relationship to Motivational Persistence among People with Disabilities”.<\/span>
\nBeing submitted by Samar Mohammed Zayer, the thesis aims at identifying relationship between fear of compassion and motivational persistence among people with disabilities, considering them a group facing social and psychological challenges that may affect their motivation to achieve and persevere.<\/span>
\nThe study includes four chapters. The first chapter explains introduction, the second one examines theoretical framework and previous studies, the third chapter deals with research methodology and procedures, and the fourth chapter analyses data and results.<\/span>
\nThe thesis finds out that people with disabilities are characterized by fear of compassion and motivational perseverance, and there are differences in fear of compassion among people with disabilities according to gender variable in favour of males. There are also differences in motivational perseverance among people with disabilities according to gender variable in favour of males, and type of disability variable in preference of those with rickets.<\/span><\/p>\n
