\nThe course reviews mechanisms of managing faculty members’ academic files, as well as explaining steps of completing evaluation forms.<\/span>
\nIt also includes practical advice for raising evaluation scores of next coming years by enhancing scientific and research activities and adhering to modern standards in academic and administrative performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

The course is part of the university’s efforts to improve the quality of institutional performance and reflects its commitment to ensuring the accuracy and transparency of evaluation processes.<\/span><\/p>\n
