Being delivered by Asst. Lect. Zahraa Saad Hatif and as part of the college’s efforts to develop personal skills, College of Pharmacy, University of Kerbala holds a training workshop on enhancing self-awareness and decision-making skills.<\/span>
\nThe workshop addresses several topics, such as focusing on the importance of developing self-awareness as a fundamental approach to understand personal behaviours and motivations and their impact on daily decisions. It also deals with methodological steps for making scientific and balanced decisions, as well as the importance of building self-confidence when facing challenges. The workshop identifies obstacles that may hinder decision-making process and presented practical mechanisms to overcome them. <\/span>
\nThe workshop sheds light on the importance of adopting decision-making practices daily to hone these skills, taking time before making decisions, documenting available alternatives, analyzing expected outcomes of each option, and learning from mistakes as opportunities for growth and development. The recommendations also emphasized the importance of setting clear boundaries to protect personal values \u200b\u200band goals and seeking advice when needed.<\/span><\/p>\n
