The Faculty of Administration and Economics at the University of Kerbala has discussed a doctoral dissertation on the effect of strategic thinking on the quality of service at the holy shrines through strategic alignment : an applied study in the Imam Hussain Holy Shrine.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The study, presented by researcher Afdhal Abbas Al-Shami<\/i><\/em>, aims at testing the effect of the relationship between strategic thinking as an independent variable on service quality as a dependent variable in the holy shrines through strategic alignment as an interactive variable.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0The study adopts the dimensions of strategic thinking represented by (reflection, organizational awareness, trend analysis, model distinction) and the service quality dimensions represented by (tangibility, reliability, response, assurance and courtesy) to identify the level of strategic alignment in the place of study.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The study uses a set of appropriate statistical treatment methods in data analysis (hierarchical linear modeling) (HLM confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, as well as statistical description tools (arithmetic mean, standard deviation),<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The study concludes that building a new measure of service quality in the Holy Hussaini Shrine is suitable for application in Islamic and other religious places, as well as the absence of significant differences between visitors in three basic groups (service sections, engineering departments and intellectual sections) towards the dimensions of service.<\/span><\/p>\n
