The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Kerbala has discussed the problem of breast cancer in Iraq, which is the most common type of cancer diagnosed among women, with an estimated 1.7 million new cases annually around the world.<\/span>
\nThe study, presented by student Alaa Halim Omran), aims at investigating of (E-Cadhrin) and some biochemical markers to confirm the diagnosis and control of breast cancer.<\/span>
\nThe thesis discusses a cross-sectional study on (100) samples of (50) patients with breast cancer before and after chemotherapy with a healthy patient and (50) normal people. The results show statistically significant differences in the group of patients, the same patient as a new case and after the first chemotherapy treatment compared to a group controlling some variables such as (Creatinine, GGT, Triglyceride, NA, K, CI, Urea, CEA, CA15-3) except (TB, E-Cadhrin, ALT, AsT, ALP, DT, CHoL, HDL, LDL) shows disconnected result.<\/span><\/p>\n
