The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Kerbala has conducted an electronic training course on “the use of the Excel program in the design of reinforced concrete element”, with the participation of a number of teaching staff members and postgraduate students.<\/span>
\nThe course includes identifying ways of using the Excel program in the design of various concrete structural elements such as lintels of all kinds, columns and ceilings and checking the requirements of the American specifications ACI318 for design.<\/span>
\nThe course deals with the most important features of the Excel program. It also identifies some important instructions that are frequently used in construction projects.<\/span><\/p>\n
