The Faculty of Administration and Economics at the University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled \u201cThe Role of Dialogic Leadership in Enhancing Job achievement – An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of teaching staff Members in Private Schools in Baghdad\u201d. It has been presented by Haider Abdul Obaid Al-Tai.<\/span>
\nThe study aims at to clarifying the conversational leadership represented by its dimensions (listen – respect – suspense – voice) in enhancing job engagement with its dimensions (Link – Sacrifice -Fit) at the level of the organization for teaching staff of private schools in Baghdad governorate on the Karkh and Rusafa. <\/span>
\nThe thesis follows the descriptive analytical method in collecting and analyzing data, and the study sample is about (196) members of the teaching staff, and the researcher used the questionnaire in the process of data collection.<\/span>
\nThe thesis ends up with a number of conclusions, the most important one is that there is a positive effect of the dimensions of dialogic leadership in enhancing job achievement.<\/span><\/p>\n
