Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Basim Khalil Nile Al-Saedi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Wefak Al-Bazi, the Faculty has organized a training course entitled: “Type of PCR and application”, with the participation of a number of teaching staff members. It has been delivered by Prof. Dr. Adel Attia Abd Ali, Prof. Dr. Ali Kadhim Idan and Prof. Dr. Juman Khalil Ibrahim.<\/span>
\nThe training course aims at introducing the principles of molecular polymerase chain reaction technology that are important in the accurate molecular diagnosis of many natural genotypes and differences in the genetic material (genetic genes) encoded for proteins specific for phenotypic traits in human and animal body and the diagnosis of different pathogens for humans and animals.<\/span>
\nIt also includes a brief introduction to the basic types of this important molecular technique and its scientific applications in accurate diagnosis.<\/span><\/p>\n
