Faculty of Administration and Economics – University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis which is entitled “Paternalistic Leadership and its Impact to Enhance Positive Psychological Capital”. It has been presented by Marwa Odeh Abd.<\/span>
\nThe study aims at knowing the effect of paternalistic leadership on positive psychological capital on a sample of universities and private colleges in Iraq.<\/span>
\nThe study recommends the need to invest the positive impact of paternalistic leadership in positive psychological capital, which can be attain by setting proactive plans and deepening job awareness among leaders and employees to benefit from the practices of paternalistic leadership in promoting positive psychological capital.<\/span><\/p>\n
