Strategic Studies Centre- University of Kerbala in cooperation with Department of Continuing Education – University of Kerbala, has organized the training course which is entitled: (Developing Administrative and Legal staff). The course aims at developing the employees’ performance.<\/span>
\nThe course has been presented by Dr. Hawraa Rashid Mahdi. It includes lectures on employee effectiveness and influence (charisma), the art and etiquette of career work, and the moral responsibility of the public employee.<\/span>
\nThe lecturer on Legal Studies Department has been presented by Dr. Rawafed Al-Tayya. She indicates that trainees from various departments in Karbala governorate, who participated for a month with intensive lectures are tested to be given certificate of participation.<\/span><\/p>\n
