Faculty of Veterinary Medicine \/University of Kerbala has organized an in-person training course which is entitled Microbial Food Spoilage,, with participation of a number of researchers.<\/span>
\nThe course deals with signs of food spoilage and types of microorganisms that cause it, especially bacterial ones<\/span>
\nThe course aims at identifying the most important methods of detection and knowledge of food preservation methods that have a major role in preserving food from spoilage.<\/span><\/p>\n
