Faculty of Administration and Economics \/ University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A thesis entitled \u201cthe impact of exchange rate on some financial performance indicators for a sample of Iraqi commercial banks of the period (2011-2020)\u201d. It is submitted by Marwa Muhammad Hadi.<\/span>
\nThe study aims at knowing the impact of exchange rate changes on financial performance indicators of banks, the most important are (profitability index and liquidity index) for a sample of Iraqi commercial banks during the period (2011-2020).<\/span>
\nThe study uses descriptive analysis as well as standard approach to know the impact of exchange rate changes on some financial performance indicators, where profitability and liquidity indicators of banks extracted and analyzed in addition to extracting compound growth of financial indicators and comparing them with compound growth of exchange rates<\/span>
\nThe study indicates the results of financial analysis. Banks are significantly affected by security and political situations of the country more than the economic issue, and this indicates the weak relationship between financial institutions and economic situation of the country.<\/span><\/p>\n
