Faculty of Administration and Economics – University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled (The Role of Charismatic Leadership in Promoting Positive Psychological Capital). It is presented by Abbas Hashim Nour. It includes the dimensions of independent variable, the charismatic leadership represented by (vision and expression, environmental sensitivity, unconventional behaviour, personal risk) and dependent variable its dimensions are (self-efficacy, optimism, flexibility, and hope).<\/span>
\nThe aim of the study is achieving a basic goal, which is to show the effect of charismatic leadership in enhancing positive psychological capital and knowing the extent of its influence.<\/span>
\nThe study reached to increase awareness of the dimensions of charismatic leadership at Husseiniya Holy Shrine under study by holding scientific conferences and conducting or adopting scientific research and focusing on charismatic leadership because the study has proved its importance, impact and reflection on positive psychological capital.<\/span><\/p>\n
