Faculty of Law \/ University of Kerbala has held a course for administrative and legal cadres, with participation of a number of specialists.<\/span>
\nThe course aims at developing capabilities of legal and administrative cadres by stating the rights and duties of public employee and the role of legal representative in criminal case.<\/span>
\nThe course includes a mechanism for raising level of administrative employee using electronic management techniques, and discussing the most important employee’s rights and duties and the nature of work of legal representative.<\/span>
\nThe course stresses the need to follow up the performance of employees and improve their productivity through their work in order to provide the best services while performing job duties.<\/span><\/p>\n
