Faculty of Administration and Economics \/ University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled \u201cbenevolent leadership and its impact on achieving happiness in the workplace.\u201d An analytical survey of opinions of a sample of employees in private universities and colleges in Holy governorate of Karbala.<\/span>
\nThe study included an exploratory and analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees in universities and private colleges in the holy governorate of Karbala. <\/span>
\nThe study aims at determining level of realization and application of benevolent leadership behaviours with its dimensions in private colleges and universities.<\/span>
\nThe study concludes that there is a significant effect of the benevolent leadership variable in its dimensions in achieving happiness in the workplace.<\/span><\/p>\n
