President of University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Basim K. Nile, as a representative of Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, attends the first national conference under the slogan (With development we rise). This conference is concerned with strengthening and preserving the values of the society, with participation of a number of researchers and specialists.<\/span>
\nThe representative of minister; Prof. Dr. Nile presents his greetings to Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and conveys his congratulation for holding this scientific carnival, and that private universities and colleges have a great role in supporting and continuing the scientific process in our country and providing a wide scientific space for scientific research.<\/span>
\nThe representative of minister adds that today, while we are living in this scientific atmosphere by convening this conference, we commend the efforts that are made in holding it, amidst the great challenges facing the societal fabric.<\/span>
\nThe conferees calls for the necessity of unifying visions, drawing up studies, and presenting ideas that deal with solving problems facing society. <\/span><\/p>\n
