Faculty of administration and Economics \/ University of Kerbala has discussed the M.A. thesis which is entitled \u201c employment of green intellectual capital in promoting a proactive sustainability strategy :a prospective analytical study in a sample of industrial companies.\u201d<\/span>
\nThe study, presented by Eman Kareem Zaher Al-Haidari, includes three sub-dimensions: (green intellectual structural capital, green intellectual human capital and human capital green intellectual relational money). The proactive sustainability strategy is measured in three sub-dimensions (proactive economic sustainability strategy, proactive social sustainability strategy, and proactive environmental sustainability strategy).<\/span>
\nThe study aims at investigating the relationship and influence between (green intellectual capital and proactive sustainability strategy).<\/span>
\nThe study recommends that departments of the surveyed industrial companies should employ industrial programmes in all sectors of companies, since they contribute significantly to increasing work motivation and realizing more opportunities as well as enhancing reputation of surveyed industrial companies and achieving competitive advantage, which is positively reflected in promotion of proactive sustainability strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n
