Association of Arab Universities , Jordan in Amman has expressed its thanks and appreciation to member of Executive Council, President of University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Basim K. Nile, for his efforts to success Executive Council meeting, which is hosted by Universities of (Sousse and Monastir) in Tunisia last month.<\/span><\/p>\n

Secretary-General of Association, Prof. Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, says in a letter addressed to President of University of Kerbala, in which he states: \u201cThe family of General Secretariat of Union expresses, in conclusion of Executive Council meetings that is hosted by Universities of Sousse and Monastir in Tunisia, abundant thanks and great appreciation to your honorable person for the efforts that you have made to provide the reasons for success of the council meetings, with your honorable representation of your esteemed university, wishing you good health and wellness”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prof. Dr. Basim K. Nile says that the meeting has discussed accepting the accession of four Iraqi universities to the Association, and launching Arab classification of Arab universities.<\/span>
\nNike adds that scientific cooperation between universities and launch of the King Fahd University competition have been discussed, and modern learning methods also presented and discussed. The meeting also includes a presentation by Egyptian and Tunisian ministers on the role of universities in serving society and clarifying learning methods.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that Association of Arab Universities decides in April of 2021 to choose President of University of Kerbala, Prof. Dr. Basim K. Nile , as a member and representative of Iraq in Executive Council of the association over fifty-third and fifty-fourth sessions to represent Iraqi educational institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n
