Faculty of Science \/ University of Kerbala has organized a seminar on chemistry of happiness with participation of teaching staff.<\/span>
\nThe seminar aims at identifying the role of science in achieving happiness that individuals aspire to.<\/span>
\nThe discussion focuses on four neurotransmitters (dopamine, oxytocin, epinephrine and endorphins), or what are known as happiness hormones, and the role of these transmitters in the brain and their mechanism of action.<\/span>
\nThe seminar shows the role of neurotransmitters in feeling satisfied, improving mood and building stable community relationships with others.<\/span>
\nThe seminar also deals with the self and how to habtualizes it to feel contentment , and thus a person is free from complexes and mental illnesses.<\/span><\/p>\n
