Faculty of Dentistry \/ University of Kerbala has organized a training course on the use of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology.<\/span>
\nAsst. Lect. Ayat Alaa Al-Din, Asst. Lect. Nour Hashem, and Asst. Lect. Nour Muhannad Faisal present it.<\/span>
\nIt aims at training on how to use polymerase chain reaction in diagnosing epidemiological and hereditary diseases.<\/span>
\nThe course includes an explanation of basics of polymerase chain reaction technology, an explanation of components of the device, its working principle and its various applications, and implementation of practical experiments on how to operate the device, prepare and enter samples, in addition to how to read and verify the results. It also addresses the most important problems that the researcher may face during his work.<\/span><\/p>\n
