A research team from College of Agriculture \/ University of Kerbala and University of Nottingham Ningbo China is able to diagnose and identify, for the first time in Iraq, “Cotton bunchy top virus isolate Iraq -1, complete genome” and “Erysiphe necator-associated virus 1 isolate Iraq -1 RNA dependent RNA polymerase( RdRp) mRNA partial cds”.<\/span>
\nThe research team include Dr. Adnan Abdel Jaleel and the M.A student Maryam Hashim Al-Helou \/ Department of Plant Protection, and Dr. Junmin li and Dr. Xu Zhongtian \/ Institute of Plant Virology at Ningbo University in China.<\/span>
\nIt is noteworthy that the first registration nationwide has been documented in Genebank of US National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).<\/span><\/p>\n
