Faculty of Veterinary Medicine /University of Kerbala has organized an in-person training course which is entitled Microbial Food Spoilage,, with participation of a number of researchers.
The course deals with signs of food spoilage and types of microorganisms that cause it, especially bacterial ones
The course aims at identifying the most important methods of detection and knowledge of food preservation methods that have a major role in preserving food from spoilage.
