The study of the Noble Qur’an is considered one of the most honorable acts that a person engages in, because the Noble Qur’an, the revealed book of God, the teacher of eloquence, does not come to it with falsehood from before it or from behind it. Efforts continue, contributions multiply, and ideas accumulate, all of which seek to understand its meanings and comprehend its implications. It was and still has the greatest impact on souls and tongues. Hence the idea came in choosing an objective, which is (The Qur’anic Impact in the Court of the Caliphs), and after entering into the Court of the Caliphs, it became clear that the caliphs had their own method of employing the Qur’anic witness in an artistic manner that makes their words fused from the Holy Qur’an in various fields of self-reform, faith in God, and trust in God. They have taken from his verses and texts.
The dissertation consisted of an introduction titled Definitional Concepts and three chapters.
The first chapter included the Qur’anic quotation in the Caliphs’ Court, and it included three topics (direct quotation, indirect quotation, suggestive quotation), while the second chapter included the effectiveness of the syntactic and rhythmic structure in the Caliphs’ Court, and it included three topics (synthetic construction of words, the impact of the Qur’anic expression As for the third chapter, it came to study the Quranic meanings and methods in the Caliphs’ Court, and included (the Quranic story, the Quranic picture, the Quranic meanings and methods), then the conclusion of the research, its results, and a list of sources and references.
