The Vocational Affiliation and the Serious Creativity in the Sense of the Mutual Leadership to Branch Sport Unions Members from Basketball Coaches' Perspective

Abstract
The vocational affiliation, the mutual leadership, and the serious creativity in all life aspects in general and in the sport field in particular have significance for the searched variables form a principal axis in the administrative process that many specific administrative factor connect with it in the unions’ work and others. The current study aims at building a standard of the vocational affiliation, the serious creativity, and the mutual leadership to the branch sport unions’ members from members from basketball coaches’ perspective, knowing the relation between the vocational affiliation, the serious creativity, and the mutual leadership to the branch sport unions’ members from members from basketball coaches’ perspective in; in addition to the prediction of the sense level of the vocational affiliation, the serious creativity, and the mutual leadership to the branch sport unions’ members from members from basketball coaches’ perspective.
The researcher used the descriptive approach with the survey style and the standard studies and the interrelated relations due to its suitability to the current study nature. The community sample of the research included football coaches of the league one in Iraq, about 120 coaches who were distributed to three samples, some were for the questionnaire experiment and for building and applying standards. The statistical package for the social sciences (spss )were used for the statistical treatment. The results mentioned that the branch sport unions members of Basketball enjoy a high degree of the vocational affiliation, the serious creativity, and the mutual leadership. The vocational affiliation and the mutual leadership, also have a clear role in the serious creativity to the branch sport unions’ members. The results also showed that the vocational affiliation to the branch sport unions’ members from members of basketball has participation percentage in the mutual leadership and the serious creativity.
The researcher recommended the necessity of adopting standard of the vocational affiliation, the serious creativity, and the mutual leadership to the branch sport unions’
