Design Sample as an effect of some Bio Intec, physical determinants to choosing Institute of Sergeant Volunteers at MOI

The research has adopted the construction of a model for the
selection of volunteers of the Institute of Commissioners in
accordance with the bio-dynamic, physical and psychological
parameters, and the problem of research lies in the scarcity of
special composite tests that link two or more skills to the football

simulate the game and its developments on the ground
The research aims to design a model as an influence rout for the
selection of volunteers of the Institute of Commissioners according
to the bio-dynamic, physical and psychological parameters, and to
establish levels of bio-dynamic, physical and psychological tests
. To achieve these objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive
method in the survey method, where the sample of the research of
volunteers was selected on the staff of the Institute for the
Preparation of Commissioners in the Ministry of Interior in a
deliberate way, numbering (400) students and after the most
common body indicators were identified, and the selection of139
biokinetic tests that are compatible with the research parameters of
(honesty) and scientific characteristics (honesty) And fortitude, and
objectivity) as well as its ability to distinguish the eye of the research,
and conducted appropriate statistical treatments, including the
matrix of correlation coefficients for all variables and the analysis of
the factors in the manner of the basic components using oblique
rotation, as each factor was named accepted and discussed and
clarified the method of nominating tests to represent the
construction of a model for the selection of volunteers of the
Institute of Preparation commissioner
By applying battery tests to the rationing sample, the researcher
extracted the standard grades and levels of its vocabulary
The study reached some conclusions, the most important of which
are:
1-1The analytical analysis of the matrix of inter correlations of
variables for biokinetic tests enabled the researcher to come up with
(5) factors, their importance confirmed in the light of the conditions
of acceptance of the worker:

According the conclusions, the researcher recommended:
. 1- The use of the battery involved in measuring biokinetic tests
obtained as objective methods in measuring and evaluating the
capabilities of the Volunteers of the Institute of Preparation
commissioners.
2- Use the battery involved in measuring the physical
measurements extracted as objective methods in measuring and
evaluating the capabilities of the volunteers of the Institute of
Preparation commissioners.
. 3- Use the physical self-esteem scale in question as a method
of objectivity in measuring and evaluating the ability of the
Volunteers of the Institute of Preparing Commissioners in
determining physical and motor need.
4- .Calibration of batteries concerned with measuring motor and
skill indicators and extracted by factors on other age groups of
handball players.
5- .Take advantage of the results of the current study, especially
the criteria and levels, in light of the classification of the capabilities
of the Volunteers of the Institute of Preparing Commissioners
according to their personal patterns
