Abstract:
In this summary, we discuss the methodology and style of Mirza Muhammad Taqi al-Ha’iri, as the title of the thesis is (Muhammad Taqi al-Ha’iri’s approach to writing the conclusion al-Bayan fi solving the problems of the Qur’an).
Among the goals that urge us to achieve this type of interpretation according to foundations and standards so that it is not subject to the criticism that is directed at the Holy Qur’an by highlighting the good and positive aspects, presenting the verse, and highlighting the problem, according to Al-Hairi’s opinion.
The approach followed by Al-Hairi is brevity in classification, in most of his works and writings, and this is what appears clearly in the summary. However, the abbreviation and reduction in the statement and explanation is considered one of the prohibitive comprehensive interpretations, and a summary of the opinions of the most important interpretations, with what it conveys from the most important of them, and all of them are important, where the reader finds himself He browses a rich garden containing many interpretive opinions and scientific insights from scholars and commentators. He also undertakes to solve the apparent problems of the Qur’an, as well as its oddities.
The most important topics included in it are (in the first chapter we touched on the sources of interpretation and included three topics, including quoting books of interpretation, as well as quoting from the media… and in the second chapter, the methods followed in the conclusion, which included three topics, including the approach to interpreting the Qur’an by means of the Qur’an, and the method of interpreting the Qur’an by tradition. .. What is notable about Al-Hairi’s approach is his access to many sources of interpretation, and linguistic and rhetorical books, not to mention the books of jurisprudence and fundamentalism, which are the closest thing to his scientific position, which necessitates comprehensive knowledge of these two sciences.
Among the most important results that we have reached is (what Al-Hairi presented in terms of interpretation and statement reflects a vivid picture of his high and finite vision in interpretation, and this is a fundamental reflection of an erudite scientific personality who is familiar with the aspects of interpretation, as he did not neglect one scientific aspect over another, as everyone took his favor from… Conclusion: It is evident from his frequent taking of linguistic dictionaries and grammatical references, his eloquent interest in the linguistic aspect, which gave the interpretation of the conclusion a linguistic character typical of previous commentators, and his successful review of many interpretive opinions that indicate the comprehensiveness of the text, but what is noticeable is the inclusion without weighting.
