College of Pharmacy / University of Kerbala organized a training course on assessing hormone levels using Hormonal Assays devices, with participation of a group of employees.
The course, which is presented by Dr. Batoul Louay, aims at explaining hormonal concentrations, their effect on human body and related diseases, and how to measure them using special devices.
The course shows vital processes that occur within nervous system and endocrine system, in addition to the way these systems control human body through nerve impulses.
The course also deals with concept of endocrine system and hormones it secretes into the blood, and cases of malfunctions, whether minor or severe, and their impact on the body.
