College of Veterinary Medicine / University of Kerbala organizes a workshop on enhancing culture of participation in decision-making process, with participation of a number of college students. It is presented by Asst. Lect. Ali Fareed Shaker.
The workshop aims at creating a stimulating environment for creativity and innovation through cooperation, which enables individuals to exchange their ideas and benefit from each other’s experiences.
The workshop seeks to enhance trust and a sense of shared responsibility, which prompts everyone to make courageous decisions and take into consideration expected risks.
