University of Kerbala Discussing a PhD Dissertation Entitled Alternative Ruling in Personal Status Matters

College of Law / University of Kerbala has discussed the Ph.D. dissertation which is entitled “alternative ruling in personal status matters : a comparative study in Islamic jurisprudence”.
The thesis, submitted by Saad Nadhim Hassoun, aims at revealing an important aspect of this ruling related to family called “alternative ruling” in personal status matters, knowing the extent to which these rulings are taken into account and studying it to achieve this goal.
The study concludes that alternative ruling in personal status matters is one of the most important legal rulings shared by comparative personal status laws.
