University of Kerbala
College of Law / University of Kerbala participates in a symposium on draft law of Federal Government Council held in Baghdad, under patronage of the Prime Minister.
Being attended by head of private law department / College of law, Dr. Ishraq Sabah, Dr. Nouri Rashid, Dr. Abeer Nouri, and a number of specialists and experts in law from various universities , they discuss draft law.
The symposium deals with modern idea of council of notables , and proposal of adding it as part of formation of council of Representatives.
