College of Veterinary Medicine / University of Kerbala has organized a seminar on strategies to control herpes virus in fish.
The seminar aims at raising awareness about herpes virus (KHV), which poses a major threat on fish farming industry. It also discusses modern strategies for prevention and control of this virus in fish farms.
Several topics have been reviewed during the seminar, starting with definition of the virus and its symptoms, and ending with the latest available treatment and prevention techniques, with a presentation of prevention strategies.
