College of Education for Humanities, University of Kerbala organizes a cultural symposium on Imam Ali’s concept of leadership.
Being presented by Dr. Karima Noumas Al-Madani and Ms. Rasha Abdul Abbas, the symposium aims at knowing leadership personality represented by Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, and the most important characteristics that a leader possesses.
The symposium displays types of leadership represented by his personality and arts of leadership, including creativity, charismatic, transformational leadership, etc.
