College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences – University of Kerbala organizes a scientific workshop which is entitled “Obstacles to e-governance.” Being delivered by Lect. Maitham Mutab, the workshop reviews the most prominent challenges facing transition to e-governance and ways to overcome them.

The workshop focuses on the importance of developing technical infrastructure and enhancing skills of administrative personnel in using digital systems. It also demonstrates the need to create a legislative and regulatory environment that supports digital transformation, improving efficiency of institutional work and keeping pace with requirements of digital era.
