Faculty of Administration and Economics – University of Kerbala has discussed the impact of marketing knowledge on achieving outstanding performance.
A higher diploma thesis, which is entitled “The Impact of Marketing Knowledge on Achieving Outstanding Performance – A Field Study of Views of a Sample of Private Bank Managers in Holy Karbala Governorate,” presented by Huda Wafeeq Kareem. It aims at clarify the impact of using marketing knowledge as an independent variable to achieve outstanding performance as a dependent variable, which is represented by its dimensions (effectiveness, responsiveness, financial efficiency).
The research concludes that marketing knowledge, directly and indirectly, has an impact on achieving outstanding performance.
It is recommended that the surveyed banks should pay more attention to marketing knowledge as it is an influential factor to achieve outstanding performance.
