Prof. Dr. Elham Nadhim Al-Shaibani, College of Administration and Economics, University of Kerbala, participates in the 1st SIRAH Conference on building social harmony, national integration and peace in Pakistan.
The conference, which is organized by Pakistani Fajr Foundation, has been attended by a number of academics and researchers from various Islamic countries.
The conference focuses on the importance of promoting values of peace, coexistence, and good governance by having inspiration from Prophet Muhammad’s leadership.
During the conference, Dr. Elham presentes a research paper entitled “Governance and Policy-Making Based on Moral Values: Insights from Prophet Muhammad’s “.
The paper deals with ethical leadership roles of Prophet’s biography and their importance in decision-making. It also sheds light on his morals such as justice, tolerance, and wise management.
This participation keeps pace with the University keenness on academic openness and research cooperation internationally and highlights academic role of Iraq in supporting culture of peace and international cooperation.
